Sb eComm is an ecommerce connector that brings your orders, sales channels and carriers into one dashboard. It helps you manage shipments, statuses and returns without jumping between tools.
Is Sb eComm a shipping comparison tool?+
No. Sb eComm doesn’t make you choose shipment by shipment like a comparison tool. It’s a connector: it links your store with carrier networks and last-mile providers so you run your operation from one place.
Which ecommerce platforms does it work with?+
WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify and Amazon. TikTok Shop, coming soon. You can also work with orders via CSV/Excel or enter them manually if you need to.
Which carrier networks can I use?+
You can currently work with 8 carrier networks connected to Sb eComm: Correos, Correos Express, SEUR, GLS, CTT Express, Tipsa, Ontime and Sending Transporte Urgente.
Can I connect my own carrier?+
Yes. If you already work with a last-mile provider or carrier network, you can connect it to Sb eComm and keep your operation in the same dashboard.
What if I don’t have a carrier?+
You can start with the 8 carrier networks that already work with Sb eComm. If you need a last-mile option, we can guide you based on your volume, area and type of shipment.
Can I manage several stores in one dashboard?+
Yes. Sb eComm is built to centralise orders from different sales channels in one screen. Stores are unlimited on every plan.
Does Sb eComm send statuses back to my store?+
Yes. Sb eComm sends service statuses to your ecommerce so orders stay up to date without doing it by hand.
Can I manage returns?+
Yes. You can start returns from the same dashboard as part of the reverse logistics flow, without opening another tool.
How does the free trial work?+

Which plan should I choose after the trial?+
All three plans include unlimited stores and carriers. What changes is the number of users, the cost per label and how the carrier is assigned: on Basic you choose it by hand, on Growth and Professional automatic rules do it. Basic has 1 user, Growth up to 5 and Professional unlimited users.
